2. Return Process & Timeline
• A return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
• If the return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
• Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service to ensure proper handling and delivery.

3. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
• Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
• If any damage or defect is found, it must be reported promptly to facilitate a return.
• Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm if the product was indeed damaged or defective before shipment.

4. Return Packaging Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must include:
• The original shipping box
• All protective packaging materials
• A copy of the original shipping invoice

5. Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping company. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged in transit.

9. Purchases from Other Retailers

• If the product was purchased from a third-party retailer, the return must be processed according to their respective return policies.

10. Shipping Policy & Liability

• However, once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping company.

12. Delivery Policy
• Orders are typically received and processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends.
• We ship from Florida using UPS or USPS, and a tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Within Florida: 1-2 business days
• Out-of-state: 2-8 business days
• Please note that we are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
